Cloud Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 (Cloud Expert)

Tenant Management: Full enterprise-level control and management of the Microsoft 365 Tenant, including governance settings, license optimization, and service administration.
Exchange Hybrid: Management and maintenance of Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premise hybrid environments, including mail flow configuration and spam/phishing protection.
Collaboration: Planning and administration of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams environments, including governance and internal organizational policies.

Identity & Security Management

Identity Management: Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory Domain Services.
MFA & Access: Design and implementation of MFA/2FA solutions, Conditional Access policies, and permission management based on Zero Trust principles.
SSO & Federation: Deployment of SSO integrations with cloud and third-party applications.

On-Premise Infrastructure & Virtualization

Server Management: Installation, hardening, and administration of Windows Server environments (2016–2022).
Hybrid Infrastructure: Experience with hybrid management tools such as Azure Arc and Azure Stack HCI.
PowerShell Automation: Development of advanced scripts for system automation, reporting, and provisioning processes.

Networking & Security

Networking: Configuration and management of enterprise networking equipment and switches (VLANs, LACP, Spanning Tree).
Security & Firewalls: Administration of firewalls, including rule configuration, Site-to-Site and Client-to-Site VPNs, and traffic monitoring.
Core Services: Full knowledge of core networking protocols: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Routing.

Required Certifications

Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) – Mandatory
Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) – Mandatory
Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700) – Mandatory

Azure & Hybrid

Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) – Mandatory
Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800) – Mandatory
AWS Cloud Practitioner / SysOps certification or knowledge – Significant advantage

Required Experience

At least 5 years of experience as an expert System Administrator in a mid-size or large organization.
Proven experience leading cloud migration projects.
Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues at Tier 3 level.
Experience working with Information Security teams and compliance with regulations such as ISO, SOC2, etc.

Personal Skills

Strong self-learning ability and quick adoption of new technologies.
Analytical thinking and capability to plan long-term technology roadmaps.
Very high-level technical English.

Position Required: IT Technical Support Specialist

Mandatory Requirements:

Over 3 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist.

Experience providing end-user support, maintenance, and troubleshooting in hybrid environments (Cloud + On-Premise), with the ability to resolve issues independently.

Basic understanding of IP networking and cloud-based network technologies.Strong knowledge of operating systems – Mac OS and Windows.

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Microsoft 365 and cloud-based tools.

Experience supporting VPN solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Intune.
Experience supporting identity and access systems: Active Directory, SSO, Entra ID.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Jira, Slack, and Teams).
Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, permissions, and equipment management.
Maintenance and support of office IT infrastructure: networks, printers, desktops/laptops, in both Windows and Mac OS environments.
Ongoing troubleshooting of technical issues and handling complex cases when required.
Ensuring compliance with information security standards and company policies.
