Sinopia Successfully Completes a Complex Infrastructure Project at All Jobs Group

In today’s fast-moving technological environment, creating a secure and continuous work environment is a critical objective for every organization. Recently, All Jobs Group faced a significant and complex technological challenge: the need to establish a secure and stable network connection, fully adapted to the organization’s infrastructure and exacting requirements. This was a particularly complex task, as previous attempts within the organization had not delivered a complete, stable and satisfactory result.
To overcome the challenge, the group chose Sinopia, which immediately mobilized to lead the implementation of Cisco’s SSE (Secure Service Edge) solution.
Intensive, Goal-Oriented Work
The key to the project’s success lay in the professional and thorough approach of Sinopia’s team. As part of the process, the teams held an intensive, focused working session that lasted a full business day. During this session, the experts addressed a series of critical technological issues, including:
- Completing all project prerequisites.
- Conducting an in-depth review of the organizational network topology and gaining a precise understanding of the connections between the different sites.
- Performing a comprehensive configuration of the SSE infrastructure and handling the required system settings.
- Implementing a strong authentication mechanism, DUO MFA, for end users.
- Applying a VPN Full Tunnel configuration and defining strict communication policies.
The Results: All Objectives Successfully Achieved
At the end of the configuration process and the rigorous testing phase, all key objectives defined for the project were successfully achieved. The new work environment now enables All Jobs employees to connect smoothly to the VPN using secure DUO authentication. In addition, secure access was enabled to internal Active Directory resources and organizational DNS servers, as well as advanced connectivity to test servers through RDP and SMB protocols, alongside HTTP/HTTPS-based access to organizational servers. In addition to these achievements, the DUO system licensing was successfully updated, a step that enabled the project to continue moving toward completion and full implementation.
