Eyal is not just our CEO – he is the runner at the head of the pack, leading us all forward. Eyal understands well that the worlds of information security and cybersecurity are not a matter of sprinting to quick solutions, but require a marathon approach: stable construction and long-term strategic thinking.
Just like the marathons he runs (and we’re not talking about a run in the park – we’re talking about the real thing), Eyal brings the same determination, patience, and ability to see the big picture to his work. He’s the brains behind our unique approach to working with clients, and the man who makes sure every project is completed exactly as it should be – without taking shortcuts that could cost you dearly later.

Albert Halevi – CTO
Sinopia’s prime mover of technology
With more than 20 years in the field, Albert is the expert everyone turns to when the most complex problems issue. He manages all of Sinopia’s technologies and solutions, and is responsible for ensuring that every solution we provide is not just advanced and modern, but also stable and available.
Albert is the kind of expert who sees solutions where others only see complications. His incredible performance and ability to translate complex business needs into elegant technology solutions are what makes him the CTO every client wants on their side.
His expertise: Advanced systems architecture, core infrastructure, technology management and providing solutions to complex technical challenges.

Eliat Ben-Dor – Office Manager
The beating heart of our company
Every tech company needs someone to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and Ilit is that person for us. She integrates the entire back office of the organization and makes sure that everything related to management, coordination, and daily operations works and ticks like a Swiss watch.
Ilit is who makes sure the entire team can focus on what they do best – solving technology problems – because she takes care of everything else. Without her, all the technological genius in the world wouldn’t help us achieve the results we do.
Her field of expertise: Professional office management, team coordination, administrative processes, and adjusting all the small parts that make up the big picture.
Didi Mizrahi – Professional Services Expert
The King of Cisco ISE
Didi is the one to turn to when it comes to implementing complex NAC solutions. He is an expert (probably the best in the country) in Cisco ISE systems, and knows how to take the most advanced technologies and implement them so they fit seamlessly in the client’s real environment.
Didi understands the huge difference between “it works in the lab” and “it works at the customer’s, even during peak hours.” He’s the man who makes all of our applications and implementations successful and stable over the long term.
His field of expertise: Cisco ISE and NAC solutions, system implementation, complex implementations, and translating business requirements into working technical solutions.
Andrey Boborikin
Expert in Designing User Experience
With over 15 years of experience in user support, Andrey brings unique approach in bridging the gap between traditional IT infrastructure and organizational user experience.
Andrey approach is User-Cantered Support : technology alone doesn’t create organizational value.
Value emerges only when technology serves users in a simple, clear, seamless, and human way.
Throughout his career, he has led comprehensive processes including support system analysis, user journey mapping, pain point identification,
and service process redesign all through a systemic lens that connects infrastructure, processes, people, and organizational culture.
His approach enables organizations to shift from managing systems to managing experiences, from firefighting incidents to building stability,
and from technical reactions to user-oriented service management.
